You play a ninja who is damned to hell prison by an evil demon named Zout. You vow to escape this eternal damnation and defeat Zout. There is of course only one logical way to escape Hell, get Buddha to have his dragons fly you through each stage. There are two major issues with this premise. First the obscurity of plot, and second, why is Buddha in Hell? Are the developers attempting say something about Buddhism? But with all religious discrepancies aside, the plot is unique, whether in this case that is good or bad thing is all up to personal opinion.
Surprisingly I found glitches within this polished masterpiece of a game. There was one where it looked like my character stabbed itself and I moved at about half speed. Another was when my character disappeared from the screen. To top it all off the thing froze about four times on me. Not to mention all of the frame rate issues. They even forgot to put in a life counter, so even though you have three lives and can gain them as you go, you have to keep track yourself and to the best of my knowledge there is no boss battle, just the same repetitive stages over and over.
The particular art style they were going for is a disgusting mess. It’s a combination of stock clip art, motion capture and blurry 3d textures. It’s just overall unappealing to look at. There is nothing memorable about the sound design as well. The entire time the background music sounds like an airplane taking off and it just loops nonstop. It’s so god awful that I had to mute it during play.
While this game is terrible on just about every level, it’s actually fairly fun to play with a group of friends. Basically if you like having a good laugh at a games expense then this may be worth your dollar. Although to come into this wanting a decent indie game is a major mistake. If you want that you should look elsewhere, Freeze Everything perhaps?

I have no idea what I just saw. Judging from that video, the maker of the game was high on PCP for the whole development cycle.
